A Great Story Looking for a Publishing Home

What if inhabitants of an ancient culture could move through time? Southwestern Indian folklore avows that the Anasazi, imbued with magical powers, travel the universe at the time of the Winter Solstice.

In Emergence, a prehistoric Shaman appears in the present Four Corners area of the Southwest to reclaim his homeland from those who are looting Anasazi antiquities.

Capticating human characters, including a well-known spiritualist, are drawn into the Shaman's quest and discover that their own needs are as compelling as those of the Ancient Ones.

Described by San Diego Book Awards judges as "...a well-wrought story full of suspense and combining the magical with the realistic in real page turner, "Emergence won the 2004 San Diego Book Award for Best Unpublished novel.
